The LISBOAT ticket is valid within the stipulated period and must be kept for the entire duration of the service.
The LISBOAT ticket is required for the use of the service – LISBOAT does not guarantee ticket reissue in case of loss.
The LISBOAT ticket is personal and non-transferable.
The route or boarding dock may be changed for reasons beyond LISBOAT’s control (weather conditions, docking infrastructure management) without prior notice.
Personal belongings are the customer’s responsibility during the service.
LISBOAT cannot be held responsible for costs unrelated to its operation resulting from delays, interruptions, or suspensions of the service.
The schedules for the Hop On Hop Off service (48h and One Way) are merely indicative – if there are no available seats at the desired time, the customer must wait for the next boat.
Pets are welcome on LISBOAT. Owners are responsible for them and must ensure that the animal remains under control (leash) throughout the journey, without disturbing or causing discomfort to other customers.
Complaints must be submitted in writing within a maximum of 15 days after using the service, to the email info@lisboat.com
Cancellation policy: cancellations made up to 24 hours before the service have no cost and tickets will be fully refunded.
