Lisboat is a maritime tourism operator in Lisbon, offering boat and sailing tours along the River Tagus. It provides a wide range of ticket options for individuals — including the popular Hop-on Hop-off 48h — as well as private tours and events for groups.

You can purchase tickets for our boat and sailing tours in Lisbon via our website, or at one of our official ticket kiosks: Estação Fluvial Sul e Sueste (Terreiro do Paço), Cais da Ribeira das Naus (Cais do Sodré), Cais da Princesa (Belém), as well as at our mobile sales points at Padrão dos Descobrimentos and Doca do Bom Sucesso.

Lisboat operates from three piers, which vary depending on the type of tour selected: Estação Fluvial Sul e Sueste (Terreiro do Paço), Cais da Ribeira das Naus (Cais do Sodré) and Cais da Princesa (Belém).

The Single Ticket allows you to take a one-way boat trip along the River Tagus on a fixed route between Lisbon’s main piers, with no stops or re-entries, making it ideal for a short ride. The Hop-On Hop-Off 48h ticket, on the other hand, is valid for 48 consecutive hours and allows unlimited entries and exits at different stops along the route, offering greater flexibility to explore Lisbon from the river.

Children up to 5 years old travel free of charge, and those aged 6 to 12 benefit from a 50% discount. Special conditions are also available for groups — please contact us for more information.

Yes, we offer tailor-made gift vouchers, available in both physical and digital formats. Please send us your request, indicating the boat tour, the number of tickets, and your chosen format. You can fill in the form here.

Lisboat’s cancellation policy allows you to change the date of your booking and/or cancel up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour — applicable to both tickets and private experiences. In the event of cancellation due to weather conditions or safety reasons (within 24 hours of the tour), a full refund will be issued, both for regular operations and private events.

Yes, all Lisboat boats provide informative leaflets about the route and points of interest, available in Portuguese, English, French, Spanish and German.
