A “boat tour” ticket is valid for 48 hours, while a “boat & bus” ticket can be valid for 24h or 72 hours. Check all tickets/tours & prices HERE.

There are a few things we can’t control, so yes, our operation can be canceled/suspended due to unforeseeable circumstances, namely weather conditions or pandemic.

Although you can tailor your ride according to your needs, you can expect a 2 hours full round circle trip, if you hop on and hop off on the same pier. If you choose to travel “one way,” straight from the city center to Belém, expect a 1-hour trip.

During the low season (Winter Schedule: 01 November – 31 March), our boats depart every hour. In high season (Summer Schedule: 01 Abril – 31 October), our boats depart every 30 minutes.

Yes. You can find individual life-vests for adults and children above your head on the boat’s roof.

We thoroughly sanitize the boats twice a day. During the day, we continuously disinfect surfaces such as chairs and rails for your safety.

No, our tour is self-guided. You can download our app aboard with our free Wi-Fi and get all the historical data regarding the river and the buildings you can observe. Also, feel free to chat with our crew and ask them anything – from local tips to historical information, they’re keen to go the extra mile for you.

Absolutely. Our boats are big and stable, providing a safe and pleasant experience for kids.

Yes, LISBOAT is pet friendly. You’ll just be asked to sit on the front end of the boat and keep your furry friend on a leash.

Yes. Wheelchairs can board on Ribeira das Naus Dock and Princesa’s Pier.
